Bunting Swap - the first round - and another Op Shop Visit

I did a bunting swap recently with the ladies from TNN.  Such a simple swap - cut and send - that I did two lots and then kept cutting more for me - our playroom is going to look like a car yard if I use everything in there!!!

My machine broke down and is taking forever to fix but Evelyn from next door just lent me hers and my first job to complete was my red and white bunting (the machine was already loaded with red thread *embarrassed face*).  I appliqued felt numbers to it as well and it's sitting above the computer area so quite appropriate to the "learning corner".

And this is a selection of the ones I cut and sent (I also kept one of each for myself)...

And this was a result of our op shopping trip yesterday.  I think I love Gracie as much as Zoe does.  The shoes are obviously too big but they do stay on.  The teeshirt, newborn size, is slightly too big but it isn't too bad and the Winnie the Pooh iron on transfer was in my stash - yay busted something else from the mess upstairs.  The booties were an impulse - brand new with no price on them - they are preemie size and fit Gracie perfectly but I didn't want to pay $5 which is what the others were worth - these weren't in the basket with them so she just charged $3 and I snapped them up - even though I knit myself - they are just too cute.
